Ok ... where does it say "the game is designed to be played with hot-keys" ? I agree is the optimal way to smash your rotation but I'm pretty sure the game is designed so you can play with a mouse to click mobs, objects and the ton of spells in the spell book that can't fit on the keyboard. There are ways to optimize your game: add-ons, theorycrafting, vent, 12-20 button mouse but that doesn't mean it is the way the game was designed to be played.

I Raid with sound of, but DBM makes you aware of things, with sound checks. And it helps to read the chat, when you see some red peace of text pop up. also, if you pay attention, you should be able to see the cast bar of the boss you are fighting, if he uses allot of ability's and spells with cast time

@PuswadBelch I dont think TV will die out, if anything, we will make some sort of permanent 3d television since they are working on holograms right now. The internet is a good media outlet, but I still prefer watching a scheduled television program on a nice couch instead of a chair.

I think the change to discipline priests was a bit harsh. Many will agree that a disc priest's playstyle is to PREVENT damage from occurring.
Also regarding worgen not having tails, I'll say this. If they did have tails, they better be proportional to those of wolves. Of all canines, I think wolves have the best tails.
I think it fine that the 2 is better than the Majority. As me and my friend Queue as Healer and DPS and im a feral drood with nearly full vicious yet people want to kick me cause i have PvP gear even though my DPS is usually much better than any of the other DPSes...
the only problem i have with guild running is that most of my guildies arn't high enough lvl to play with me or arnt geared enough to play with them and im not gonna get mad and say play more wow or something cause that ruins their exsperiance and i dont wanna do that

If u queue to a queue without a group then a queued group who group queued will group queue with u after the queueing process is complete and u gain an ability to kick your neighbour in crotch.
in some boss fights they'll say a specific thing when someone in the group dies, so that lets me know when something bad might happen and get ready to feign death.
It is a necessary evil to make it so a group of 2 that gets put with a group of 3 can't be kicked. It's a better option then having groups of 3 or 4 just being assholes and kicking anyone they want.
Mods aren't necessary for me... Yeah: I use IceHUD just because I'm a healer on my main so I NEED to focus on my mana, and whatever that mod is that gives moving pictures, because it is BAD ASS and because it gives bigger things to click to heal
for 1 of the mail box q/a, i had my sound on during icc and when 1 of the bone guards would wake up,(before marrowgar) it took everyone else about 5 extra seconds to figure out that theyre awake.
I know TB doesnt read comments anymore so could his mods please point out the fact that the 3 people requiring 4 is, in fact, the single greatest change to the dungeon finder. It now makes it ALOT less likely for you to be kicked for gear. Or some other assinine reason. And if theres 2 people together in a queue its alot less likely that they'll act bad on purpose anyways because they are less anonymouse with a guildie or friend there.

@gbanger666 - Very true and groups of 4 who encounter that can simply kick the person and take on the extra time that incurs on kicking again. If those 4 people aren't jerks, their time allotment will be much quicker since the kick function has been used as intended. In the long run the 4 group jerks will not be able to whereas the 4 groups who get a bad person will. The point where you can still kick a bad person hasn't been removed.
The biggest problem with clicking is exactly what TB says. Just because you can get away with clicking doesn't mean you should. I've never heard of a SC2 player that never used hotkeys and still managed to win tournaments, let alone get into anything beyond Silver league.
i pug and i never run into bad players I'm sorry that you keep getting them. The silent majority of puggers are just doing something like a q and then do some dailies. I am a 'clicker' because you start the game off with just 1/2 spells... Sometimes I'd use my 1-9, due to another game using 'Binds', but I'm 'fast enough' with clicking, and it just feels better, because I've done it for so long. Especially when you're a caster? I mean it takes a second or so (Dependent on level/haste, whatever...) so you'd have time to move? I don't see why people hate on that. =c

Problem with the freedom of 4 greater than 1 is there are a lot of 4s out there that'll kick someone before the last boss to spite them.
At the same time there's always the problem with PuGs and the Finder is a good way to still to help if you're stuck without guild people, but it'll always have flaws. Guild is the way to go.
@Solhai Well back when dungeons were hard, we often kicked people as a group of 4. People who constantly broke CC's people who didnt CC people who were just auto attacking. I mean sure, there are some bad eggs out there, lets just punish everyone?

If you have a good mouse clickers can be 5,000 times faster and better than a person who uses hotkeys. I'm the best PvPer in my guild and one of the best on my server. (always someone better than you regardless if you have found them yet or not) If you spend as much time on the computer as I do, you become very familiar with your mouse and eventually get to the point that even if you move your cursor down to click you can still move it back and turn just as a hotkey user. IMO, clicking = skill.
I play with sound off because I"m not that impressed by much of the WoW sound tracks but mainly 'cose I cant mute fight sound's like screaming and weapons bashing and have unmuted normal npc talk when you go trough the world so I mute everything and start wmp : / .

I use SellJunk to get rid of grays and such. It looks much easier to use than the one you mentioned, but to each his own.
I was a clicker until about three or four months ago when I decided to change. The single best thing you can do to make the transition is to leave the W key as forward and replace Turn Left/Right (the A and D keys) with Strafe Left/Right. It forces you to turn with the mouse and not with the keyboard. It helps define the roles of the mouse and keyboard. Helped me anyway.
I'm a clicker and i'm one of the better players in my raiding guild. It's probably easier to do it with hotkeys but it doesn't mean u can't do it perfectly while clicking.
I wouldn't have the chocolates give them diabetes or poison them. I'd just put some highly addictive drug like morphine in them and get repeat customers, lol.
I seriously believe the one way to stop gold spammers is to not offer 10 day free trial accounts. Most of the spammers can setup a temp account to spam gold ads, and if they get banned, they use another temp account to do it again.

I am with you I have never been a hot key person when it comes to healing, DPS yes, but healing no. I don't use any mods for hot keying mouse clicks or anything. I still go to portrait click go to spell click go to portrait click go to spell click. And I am the top healer in my raiding guild that has cleared all cata normal content. If your doing it right no need to change what you do in my opinion.
I totaly agree with blizzard about the kicking system. it was being abused to much, and now people will think twice before kicking someone. they might even try to help them so they dont have to kick him. ofc there are those who do not want to be helped. I sometimes try to gief a few pointers to people in a normal way and most of the time it ends up being a 13 year old shouting "DONT TELL ME HOW TO PLAY MY CLASS", god I wish I had a instant kick button for those people.

If u queue to a queue without a group then a queued group who group queued will group queue with u after the queueing process is complete and u gain an ability to kick your neighbour in crotch.

in some boss fights they'll say a specific thing when someone in the group dies, so that lets me know when something bad might happen and get ready to feign death.

It is a necessary evil to make it so a group of 2 that gets put with a group of 3 can't be kicked. It's a better option then having groups of 3 or 4 just being assholes and kicking anyone they want.

Mods aren't necessary for me... Yeah: I use IceHUD just because I'm a healer on my main so I NEED to focus on my mana, and whatever that mod is that gives moving pictures, because it is BAD ASS and because it gives bigger things to click to heal

for 1 of the mail box q/a, i had my sound on during icc and when 1 of the bone guards would wake up,(before marrowgar) it took everyone else about 5 extra seconds to figure out that theyre awake.

I know TB doesnt read comments anymore so could his mods please point out the fact that the 3 people requiring 4 is, in fact, the single greatest change to the dungeon finder. It now makes it ALOT less likely for you to be kicked for gear. Or some other assinine reason. And if theres 2 people together in a queue its alot less likely that they'll act bad on purpose anyways because they are less anonymouse with a guildie or friend there.

@gbanger666 - Very true and groups of 4 who encounter that can simply kick the person and take on the extra time that incurs on kicking again. If those 4 people aren't jerks, their time allotment will be much quicker since the kick function has been used as intended. In the long run the 4 group jerks will not be able to whereas the 4 groups who get a bad person will. The point where you can still kick a bad person hasn't been removed.

The biggest problem with clicking is exactly what TB says. Just because you can get away with clicking doesn't mean you should. I've never heard of a SC2 player that never used hotkeys and still managed to win tournaments, let alone get into anything beyond Silver league.

I am a 'clicker' because you start the game off with just 1/2 spells... Sometimes I'd use my 1-9, due to another game using 'Binds', but I'm 'fast enough' with clicking, and it just feels better, because I've done it for so long. Especially when you're a caster? I mean it takes a second or so (Dependent on level/haste, whatever...) so you'd have time to move? I don't see why people hate on that. =c

Problem with the freedom of 4 greater than 1 is there are a lot of 4s out there that'll kick someone before the last boss to spite them.
At the same time there's always the problem with PuGs and the Finder is a good way to still to help if you're stuck without guild people, but it'll always have flaws. Guild is the way to go.

If you have a good mouse clickers can be 5,000 times faster and better than a person who uses hotkeys. I'm the best PvPer in my guild and one of the best on my server. (always someone better than you regardless if you have found them yet or not) If you spend as much time on the computer as I do, you become very familiar with your mouse and eventually get to the point that even if you move your cursor down to click you can still move it back and turn just as a hotkey user. IMO, clicking = skill.

I play with sound off because I"m not that impressed by much of the WoW sound tracks but mainly 'cose I cant mute fight sound's like screaming and weapons bashing and have unmuted normal npc talk when you go trough the world so I mute everything and start wmp : / .

I use SellJunk to get rid of grays and such. It looks much easier to use than the one you mentioned, but to each his own.
I was a clicker until about three or four months ago when I decided to change. The single best thing you can do to make the transition is to leave the W key as forward and replace Turn Left/Right (the A and D keys) with Strafe Left/Right. It forces you to turn with the mouse and not with the keyboard. It helps define the roles of the mouse and keyboard. Helped me anyway.

I seriously believe the one way to stop gold spammers is to not offer 10 day free trial accounts. Most of the spammers can setup a temp account to spam gold ads, and if they get banned, they use another temp account to do it again.

@SCHWA006 Taking away the 1 day free trial will never happen. And, I don't think it's a way to solve the problem either.. I mean, if they do remove them, they're only hurting the future client base. They're not going to stop gold spamming, nor perhaps even decrease it. The only way to actually stop it, is to render gold meaningless.. Which is a stupid idea, to begin with.

They can't even yell, plus you can still ignore them.10 day free trial accounts are for new players to test before spending $30 on a game they have never played. Getting rid of free trials would lessen the income of new players therefore they would not make as much money as they could be. Removing free trials would be a horrible thing to do on blizzards part.

I am with you I have never been a hot key person when it comes to healing, DPS yes, but healing no. I don't use any mods for hot keying mouse clicks or anything. I still go to portrait click go to spell click go to portrait click go to spell click. And I am the top healer in my raiding guild that has cleared all cata normal content. If your doing it right no need to change what you do in my opinion.

I totaly agree with blizzard about the kicking system. it was being abused to much, and now people will think twice before kicking someone. they might even try to help them so they dont have to kick him. ofc there are those who do not want to be helped. I sometimes try to gief a few pointers to people in a normal way and most of the time it ends up being a 13 year old shouting "DONT TELL ME HOW TO PLAY MY CLASS", god I wish I had a instant kick button for those people.
