The younger you start with a good team, the better... and.... try to stay away from trouble! I know it's hard when you do this stuff, but it's worth it in the long run! Good luck!

@2hotfenix We have rules though,, no kneeing, or elbowing, just punching and kick slightly, and if it goes to the ground then obviously subbmission, We have them every saturday behind the whitmer tennis courts at 8 pm, have roughly about 40-80 people there,
