I'm a huge 360 fan, and don't like PS3, but the new PS3 "Wii" thing looks much better than Natal. I like the fact that the PS3 thing actually gives you some form of controller to hold on to. Imagine actually playing a racing game with your hands just out in front of you in fists; it would feel pretty dorky. Plus, you can do more with the controllers, and probably have better and more accurate response from the system.

The question really should be why couldnt they show it live? I mean it's not like the MS paint demo they showed was really anything all that special. Voice recognition has been done already and on the PS2 for that matter. Lifeline had a pretty stupid AI but it worked well for something that was translated from japanese. At least the Sony "Mo-Co" had not only a paint demo but also actual demos of actual gaming applications. Playable in more ways than some reverse dodgeball game.
