  • Impressive ride. Felt like I could have reached out and touched the trees on the way by. Maybe not such a good thing if it happened but it looked great from here. Sounds like the trolley needs bigger wheels for less rpm. Are there bearings in the trolley or bushings? It is whining pretty loud.

  • are you sure that the cable doesn't heat due to the type of a rope?

  • 2 pepole hit a tree on the way down

  • that is awsome!

  • I wouldn't want to have to take that back uphill !!!!!!

  • Great job on the awesome zipline,!!!! If we had more space, I would have made it longer, 195 feet goes by to quick... here is a link to ours, we live in mclean va .Ours is under zipline in mclean.

  • This is the greatest thing I've ever seen

  • @jandsandiraw, he said he had it hooked to a tractor, so all tht he has to do is have the tractor pull the line tight

  • Dear santa...

  • I wanna set shit like this up at my place for tourists but the legal system in my country has to many people getting sued. and if someone gets hurt, I'm screwed.

  • 1 person hurt his ass on the landing!

  • This has to be the best home made zipline I have ever seen!

Me and my friends made one out of a 50 ft fourwheeler cable and a Bycicle handlebar and epmty tire. Worked well

  • where did you get the safety belts, trolley, and cable?

  • we workin on a zipline Yours looks awsome I was just wondering how you got the line tight going that far?

  • We pull it taught with the tractor. We had a little problem with the whole tractor sliding on the recoil though. good luck

  • cool, we had to use a come alone but we just did about 75 ft. watchin ur video made me think maybe I'll try 1 to go across our whole property. But with my luck I'll prob end up close lining myself on it with the 4-wheeler lol

  • @jandsandiraw my neighbor built one for his grandson so he got it as tight as he could by hand then used a ratcheting crank at the end to get it real tight, I'm not sure what you would call it.

  • @pyroboy08 its called a come-along or cable winch

  • I'm proud of you cory.... great zipline for sure.

You mentioned tractor in the video, is that your anchor at the end?

I use the same Petzel trolley which is spec. at 45mph, how fast do you think your going? If I ever drive through Springfield . . . . ?

  • how did you get the wire one end to the over and were did you get the wir thanks

  • That is AMAZING!!!

  • I have been on a zipline course in alaska that was awsome and we never went on a zip line tht was even close to being that long or tht fast! How long did it take you to build and what was the cost?

  • @cammee71 Easy to build, took only an hour once brush is cleared. Costs about $500 for cable, trolley and safety belts

  • @coryheinkel where did you buy your gear and what are the specs of the cable? i want what you have looks bad ass compared to others posted on here

  • how do you get it back up?

  • dude, the most badass zipline i have seen yet. very nice

  • absolutly great video man! and totally inspired me to put one on the 13 acres i'm planing on purchasing soon. the expenses seem relativly cheap. what size cable did u use and is it galvanized or stainless steel? i'm looking to make one about half the distance of yours that can support up to a 300 lb guy. looks like most people use 3/8 inch galvanized but i'm not sure.

  • have you got the land yet?

  • you should have more views than what you do. that is an awesome video and zipline. i wish i could do that.

  • tht was sick Wat saplies did u need
