3.6 MILLION WATTS or joules is not much energy and I doubt it will alter the weather. It seems that heating such a small amount of the atmosphere will do very little. If you wanted to use his demo in reality in the real atmosphere you would need a lot more energy. I doubt 3.6 million watts would even effect mesoscale weather (Say Monterey Bay in California or Long Island sound in New York ). Synoptic scale i.e moving the jetstream would require at least gigawatts if not even more. DO THE MATH

This is deceptive...it's just a university experiment to read activity in the ionosphere, like meteors and such. Look at 1:25 in this video and pause it there....that drawing depicts some wave patterns that is about 800 miles or more in diameter, yet the Haarp experiment is only 12 miles wide. Deception. The idiot speaker at 1:00 is off by a factor of 1,000- he claims 72,000 AM stations Equivalent, but 3,600,000/50,000 is only 72. The charts at 1:13 and 1:17 also shows this error.
What's up with that error?
