@BB1LOVIN its a t28 kit but if i was you,get the top mount intake manifold because bottom mount is a pain in the ass to put in the turbo and oil lines.A upgraded fuelpump, injectors and a SAFC would be best.
Replace your manifold before it falls off. Those Chinese manifolds are notorious for cracking or falling off. Look into a cast manifold one, not as blingy but works much more durable. Personally id sell the intercooler and get a smaller one, that one is ridiculously huge and will work more like a heat exchanger in the bad way. Youd notice it in the summer time. With a smaller turbo that puts out less cfm you also will see some lag and pressure drop. Most important is decent engine management.

Well Im glad its working out for you. Just curious what engine management you are using? I just bought an s13 and Im planning to turbo it eventually. I know that the ka24 motors bottom end should be good for ~350 hp with a good dyno tune and engine management. FMU is the grenade of turbo setups. Ridiculously inefficient and hard on oem injectors. Walbro 255, stand alone ecu, map to map conversion, good conservative dyno tune = reliability and fuel economy. FMU = Poop

Yea that whole mirror thing threw me off too when I saw the engine. lol Also, its a "cat-a-lit-ic" converter not cadilac converter. Good video otherwise. I'm down in Valdosta and I just got an S14 with the stock KA that I plan on putting a turbo on.
@cculver88 the kit installed here is a XSpower GT28 kit and it came with almost everything you need.turbo,intercooler,manifold,bov,wastegate,downpipe,and all the intercooler pipes.The only thing you will have to pickup is the 7/16 fitting for the oil inlet and the lines.This car was stock injectors and ecu.If you need anything more massage me.
@cculver88 its the 240SX SUPER TURBO KIT S13 / S14 CHASSIS KA24DET TURBO KIT from ssautochrome and its still running good the only thing to watch out for is to make sure your oil line is right with out leaks, and don't boost over 25psi on that turbo and you'll be fine!
great video. you just made me nearly change my mind about my KA. i wanted to keep it NA, and up the compression by shaving the head. but watching this just made me want to just rebuild the head, get a thicket head gasket and just go turbo. how many miles are on your motor, and have you ever done a compression check on it before the turbo install? stock ecu and injectors?
why is your intake manifold and distributor on the wrong side? why is your headers on the left side? usually KA24de motors have them on the opposite side wtf!
