VNmese-American were from the South VN after VN War. SaiGon city was the capital of South VN during the war & it standed for True Freedom & Democracy. True Freedom & Democracy were what South VNmese & American souldiers were fighting for. Today, VNmese-American want nothing to do with the present Vietnamese Communist. If the place is name the "VN Business District" or something else, people might think that VNmese-American & the Vietnamese Communist r alike, which we r not alike. VC = murderer
