I don't have image handler in the tools menu!

You need to follow installation instructions that come with IH2 module. Since it's an external module to the core Zen Cart install, it needs to be obtained and from their site and integrated. It's pretty easy, go ahead and give it a try.

whenever i upload the image it wont display and has that red x in the corner? Do you know why this might be the case?
