The video is pretty smooth,even without HD. So at least you could reduce the shaking,and Im pretty sure you know Video Co-Pilot because of the energy ball. And also, try to add a hand glow to give it some more ambience.
pretty good work man. To make this effect look better you can try adjustment layers for a glow effect on your hand. And maybe a particular particle system for energy particles around it. keep following tutorials man you're doing a good job (Y)
