  • i just go to the treadmill and program it to random training.. same as interval training..

  • i do 4 minute workouts with interval training. 20 seconds on 10 seconds off 100% effort. Works great, and you can do interval training with anything. Jump rope, swimming, weight lifting, running, any physical activity.

  • the reason america has as many obese people as we do is because hard work at the gym isnt easy. americans like to take the easy way out in the form of powders, pills and the so called "diets" you see online/ tv...you dont need to go on a diet,try changing your diet, eat healthy foods that are unprocessed and work out...if youre still obese after that then you're doing something wrong

    That's oversimplifying the situation. We also have a huge problem with travel. For example; New York has a lower rate of obesity b/c they have a system of mass transit that forces people to walk. In Detroit, everyone drives and there's little to encourage its citizens to exercise.

  • yeah i get annoyed with people who just walk on the treadmill for like an hour. youre wasting space.

  • start with straight shots and then pop bottles.
