  • I was there! I drove from NC to VA to see the show. Amazing night. He brought me to tears.

  • You are the luckiest person on earth... you saw Bowie live. You have no idea how much I wish I was there. *sigh*

  • Holy shit he will always be ahead of his time :) one of the first real men to wear skinny jeans I love him great performance and sexy at 50 years dayum

  • i just cried, i want to see him so bad, but he'll never come back to tennessee

  • Fuck...he's singing it just like in '73...amazing

  • Great audience footage, and great sound. How the hell did you miss the ending?

  • A M A Z I N G performance !

  • If you read the lyrics this song could be about Kurt Cobain.

  • @IsraelSaves good guess. but i'm pretty sure its for him "Screwed up eyes screwed down hair due" he has one dilated pupal one not. and he had a mullet. "Snow white tan" he is Very known for his VERY white skin.

  • @IsraelSaves Except it was written back in 1972...

  • @IsraelSaves LittleD3 is right, it's about himself. Or at least his persona. I'm thinking both. He had a lot of demons back then.

  • i love the story of this song

  • nice seats

  • "Ziggy played gui-"

What did Ziggy play?!? I need to know!!!

  • Ziggy played guitar

  • Rien de plus vrai, rien de plus beau, rien de plus touchant... Superbe !

  • "...but boy, could he play GUITAaAaAaAaAR!"

  • Great video! Thanks for posting!

  • David come back, we miss you!!!

  • Fuckin' Awesome !!!!!

    Thx,

    K

  • Been watching great Bowie vids... funny how some peeps are coming up trying to tell us how Freddy or Kurt or OTHER MUSICIAN FANS of BOWIE are better than him. His body of work alone speaks for itself. Now quit wasting our time and go do your homework.

  • i love the girl in front of you at the beginning waving at david. it caught his attention. i did that at one of his shows and I almost fainted when he stared at me though

  • WOW BABY !!!!

  • DAMN THIS MAN IS THE BEST THING THAT HAPPENED TO MUSIC.i wish more people followed him

  • what about fredy? this is DB!

  • thanks for posting this. I love the dude to death

  • Freddie did NOT use a falsetto. His voice was in a natural range... for him! To say that "there's no way" is just plain naive. Vocal ranges are gauged by natural ranges and typically exclude the falsetto. Freddie had a 4 octave NATURAL range with a 1/2 octave falsetto above that. Similar to Mika for example. So to answer the real question, Freddie rarely ever used falsetto. Why would he ever need to?

  • i wish i had been there

  • this is amazing! great job.

I second the great place in crowd comment,

this is a really good spot.

  • Had to dig the camera out when I realized what he was about to play. As for the end, my batteries died (took too many pictures).

  • Well, it's actually very nicely shot considering you were in the crowd. Kudos also for your great taste, I wish I could see him play live.

  • fantastic verison. Bowie is the man.

  • I saw him twice on the Reality tour twice, both at the same venue. He came to the Mohegan Sun Casino in CT in December and then in June during this tour. LOL it was so funny, he was like, "It's good to be back, I remember seeing you all six months ago." I was in the front for the second one and he touched my hand. If I had died then, I would have died happy.

  • This show (Fairfax, VA) was actually supposed to be one of the first shows on the tour. Bowie got the flu, and instead of cancelling the two or three shows he missed, he rescehduled them for after the tour. He then went on to fill in the gaps with other venues along the way. He apologized for missing the show the first time, and played about 27 songs (whereas he normally did around 23 on the tour). We even got to hear "Station to Station" "Loving The Alien" "Sister Midnight" to name a few

  • OMG you are SOOOO lucky !!!i would of done anything to have gone there, buy unfortunatly i was to young =[

  • yeah it took me from the sound and vision to reality to seem him again. id go see him again anytime. class act.

  • Oh my god! You were so close to the stage!!! Its wonderfull. I cant explain how i do envy you at this moment! Im from argentina and DB hasnt come since 1997 :( ´we´re still waiting...

  • I had the pleasure of seeing him twice on this tour. This was row 11, and we were row 7 in Indianapolis (though this was the better show).

  • Damn! How much were those tickets?!

  • Amazing i tell you! AMAZING! Bowie is my favorite Singer of all time. KEEP rockin bowie!
