from my understanding, musashi arrived late, to annoy kojiro, which I assume worked. Also he fought with the sun behind him, causing kojiro to be at a disadvantage. And in less than 10 seconds, musashi killed kojijro by smashing him in the head with his bokken that he carved from an oar.

Animation was a little choppy, but it's better than I could do. A little inaccurate, though... from what I know of the Musashi/Kojiro battle, Musashi arrived earlier than Kojiro. But I haven't studied in a good while. ^^;

oh, no I dont play video games... but yeah, a lot of samurai fight scenes are similar... I based the moves off of the old movies... it was a lot to draw, so I kept it as straight forward as possible. thanks for the comment!

i liked it, i first read about this fight in A Book of Five Rings. in that passage the fight was over real quick though, musashi just clocked kojiro in the head and kojiro cut his headband thing and tore his hakama. didn't sound very intense sadly.

well i would put an emphasis on how late musashi arrived to the duel (he came like 3 or 4 hours later then he said, i think it was) and this really pissed of Kojirp, which is why he threw away his scabbard. and the fight was over in two hits, but makng the movie that way would've made it like the old corny samurai movies.. but thats only historical stuff.

i think music would make the movie better, and sound effects.
