Sure Alves beat three top ten guys, but they're all fighters on the decline or, in Kos' case, not ready to fight.

The many styles an MMA fighter trains for allows him to better adapt to the endless variables in a fight. I doubt Matt Hughes has ever juiced, im as big as him all natural, hardwork and good genetics builds muscle too, takes more than gear to be a good fighter though, even though takeing roids makes you stronger like 40% to 60% stronger, and HGH makes your muscles heal faster. atleast thats what i've picked up from reading roid forums.
