If I could only take her voice out of the song ! ...im not a "hater" or whatever, her voice is just not strong / interesting enough...something is off, I think she tends to sound flat, it's just not easy for her hmmm like too many takes too much effort.... but god damn what a beautiful song perhaps for a different female singer.

Reznor's musical style is still very apparent. It's like he wanted to keep making music but said, "Fuck it for a awhile," to vocalizing. I admit his vocals were kinda lacking in later albums anyways. It's a nice change!

I will have to say I not yet impressed by Trent's new project. The song sounded like a final track on an album instead of a single meant to promote a new one. It's only a single though and I've seen many middle of the road singles gives way to great albums

In mean time, i suggest checking out The L.A. based industrial group, The Kidneythieves, fronted by female vocalist and song writer Free Dominguez.
