  • there is no GTX 380. the first Fermi cards will be GTX 480 and 470. the 3XX are DX10.1 notebook chips.

  • This could be anything - not enough info.

  • So 84 fps at 1920x1200 for the Fermi. Anandtech says the HD5870 gets 79.2 fps at 1920x1200 with 4xAA enabled. How much AA is in this Fermi test? I couldn't make out the blurry text.

  • this is the g100 (gtx360). This is 4x AA. So if everything is a perfect world the gtx380 (g104) will perform 1.15 times faster having a total fps of 97 fps.

  • at least g100 beats 5870... :) gtx380 won't be better than 5970 :P but x2 gtx380 will be a beast.

It may require a lot of power... ;/

  • They probably wont be able to make a dual gtx 380 and will do something on the lines of the gtx295 which has 2 overclocked gtx260s, expected 2 gtx360s probably.

  • its 4x also

  • well lets wait for some benches from the big sites on the internet then we can talk again :-)
