De muziek van de gezusters Maywood blijft tijdloos, iedereen die het hoort (jong of oud) zingt het mee of zingt het snel mee.

Erg indrukwekkend vond ik de documentaire van omrop Fryslan over de gezusters, onvoorstelbaar om zo dicht bij elkaar te wonen en sociale contacten te onderhouden en dan al meer dan 15 jaar niet met elkaar te spreken.

Een comeback waar velen naar vragen zou denk ik de herinnering aan oude tijden afbreken, we moeten deze momenten zo blijven koesteren zoals ze zijn!

Well mostly in the 70s and 80s people really just enjoy the music , ppl don't expect too much that the singers can really dance. I don't even think they even hire special choreographer for them. They just simply sing their song with simple dancing and people love them. Abba, Pussycat, Shocking blue, The BeeGees , The Beatles and many others are some of the example.
