I actually love using AOL but I have the free version which doesn't include some features liek real-time phone or IM cust. support. You can also use the settings function to select yourself which level, if any, of paid-AOL you want to use too!

No, it's not. It was on The Today Show on NBC. They even read a letter from AOL apologizing to the guy and claiming they fired the employee.
