During the DOOL 45th anniversary at the Emmy academy, Alison Sweeney said her and Brian's first love scene was in a photo lab and he had a broken arm that they had to work around. I loved watching Days back then. Both Lucas and Sami could scheme couldn't they. I watched Sami and Lucas for two decades and were so happy that they ended up together. Alas, the writers and producers are idiots and ripped them apart. To bad the show doesn't know how to write romance any longer.

Lucas was ALWAYS Sami's hero from the start to his last episode. Why didn't the writers give them a happy ending? For almost 2 decades, I was waiting for this perfect match to finally have closure. Writing Lucas off the show over & over again has been the biggest mistake Days has made. Now it doesn't even matter to me anymore if the show gets cancelled. Too many of my favorites have been let go. Thanks for posting. Lumi lives on in the hearts of the fans even if the writers blew it. Miss Bryan!
