Hey Cop, I was the at the game last night. You hit it on the head. Not the most well played game, but fundamentally everyone looked good. Defense was solid - tight coverage in the secondary. Kenny Phillips with couple of open field tackles. Jacobs with a great game. Would have liked to seen bradshaw with some carries, but they will come. The atmosphere was great otherwise.

Very defensive game though. I expected our offense to produce more, but we still did better than the Skins. It looked like Eli & the Jints were just going to storm up & down the field, but the Skins' D kind of threw them off track.

Oh well. They need to improve, but typcally the Jints are slow starters, so its nice to actually see the season start with a win.
