hahhaha.. if the water tension was just right...what kinda bullshit is that? its because of the low viscosity of water and the relatively high surface tension that allows the stone which is of a higher density than water to only slightly penetrate the meniscus before being pushed up by forces of bouyancy.. u dumb piece of american shit
