I don't know the difference between the two, but I use Lite.

How did u get a screen recorder? what is it called?

it's called FRAPS. I use Remotejoy Lite to display the PSP screen on my laptop, then I use FRAPS to record it.

I use what's called a male-to-male audio cable. it connects from the headphone jack on the PSP to the audio input jack on my laptop.

my real question is, what's the best FPS setting (e.g. 10fps; 100fps etc.)
