I recently finished NightSky, and though normal mode might be different (I only went through on alternative mode) the puzzles and general innovation in that game were amazing. Every so often you'll get fun machines to use as the ball, well planned multiple part levels, and I found a great feel of unique gameplay that was challenging, constant change (very little repetition) and passion.

I'm really glad I tried it, thought it should have rated better.

@largames agreed, flash is such a turn off for me too. This game was on my wishlist for a while but when I realized it was flash it was like a slap in the face.

@largames Flash was the easiest and most accessible platform to develop for - we want to release for other platforms in the future, but we have to see how the game does online first. Believe me, if I had my way, it'd be out for EVERYTHING. :)

Actually Nightsky is possibly not as original as it might seem. I played an old game on ZX Spectrum in 1993, that was called Spheroid. It had a sphere that was constantly spinning and had to overcome various physics effects, though visually it was weak of course, it was on 48k system.
