  • Where's he keep the pen again? (Just kidding...liked the video)

  • Great demo. I appreciate it. Thank you ;-)

  • Thank you! The Hipster PDA tip was very much appreciated!!!

  • what about to-do items with a specific date/time/deadline? Google Calendar?

  • i like it! thank you!

  • What´s the name of the software you use? I know you mentioned it but cant quite get the name. Thanks a lot in advance

  • OmniOutliner :)

  • Thanks for sharing, I'm currently trying to get my system improved.

  • Mmmmm, pretty boring... and not so GTD-wise!

  • Can you explain why?

  • Well done! You've inspired me!

  • I think him belaboring the pen was a reference to the hipster pda folks who swear by the space pen. I think he was just saying his writes and fits in his pocket and therefore is good enough.

  • Thanks for sharing your approach. I wasn't familiar w/the hipster pda until now! I like the sorting and resorting categories and approach you use.

  • I think you write the "new" things......what's about the old things, when you are "@errand" ??...you printed it?

  • I guess the pen fits in his pocket :P

  • i thought pens were designed to do that.

  • well obviously they are, but i find it funny that he felt that he had to mention that. you should really familiarize yourself with the concept of sarcasm

  • I was being sarcastic as well, and to his comment on pens. You should really familiarize yourself with even more subtle forms of sarcasm. :P

  • Nice and simple. Thank You for that.

  • Nice, thanx for sharing.

  • Simple and effective. For those who don't have a mac to run Omnioutliner Listpro works very well on a PC

  • For PC's, AbstractSpoon's ToDo List is free and portable. I use it on my USB flash drive and it works very well.

  • Thanks man! ... im just starting with GTD and this is the perfect video help ive been hoping for!! Perfectly explained.

  • thx, that was great

  • so simple and it's just perfect! thank you

  • Thanks for sharing - I'm a hipster pda fan as well - It's helpful to see how you process your notes.

  • Too viewers, for anyone that didn't hear, it's OmniOutliner Pro that he's using.

To video poster, good video, by the way. Thanks

Too bad it's only for the Mac, but I'll have to figure out how to use one of my existing apps in this way.

  • Hi there,

you should extend your tags on this video, so people can find it easier. (apple, mac, omnioutliner, todo...)

    Greetings

  • thank you for posting this.

  • Very helpful! One thing I'm curious about - what do you do with the tasks you finish? Do you have another place you dump them when they're checked off or do they disappear into the round file?

  • If you finnish something you usually throw it away or put it into file for future reference.
