That isnt the real way of preparing it, all of the protein is in the abdomin. The actual way and the orginal way of cooking it is, first you take out the teeth, second, you rinse it with water really good then add ingredients, sugar, salt, msg, and if you want fyou can add fish sauce, third, you throw it whole in a pan filled with hot oil. The oil will take out some of the hair from the spider when stirring in hot oil. Just do that gives it more flavor and taste really good.
