That happens because of the motion sensors. There are too many and they make you skip as you move, and one of those skips tend to take you out of the map.

Uh, how about the little "Einstein" disconnecting and then reconnecting. Doesn't take the brains of a ostrich to figure out that if there is a glitch OR one is done on purpose (such as the case here), a person CAN exit the game and come back in.
