the guy is right though the caffiene does increase dopamine in the brain, and in moderate doses it helps improve memory....overdo it though, then that's not good.

One problem with artificialy increasing neurotransmiters is chemical adaptation. Repeatedly flooding your brain with dopamine results in tolerance. You're right though, a little here and there is perfectly fine. Human beings dont usualy stop "here and there". haha.

I really think the material presented in this video is very important. Unfortunately, the presentation has a lot to be desired from the professional point of view.If this video was prepared for a specific age group, it should have been mentioned at the beginning of the video so mature viewers do not get the disgusted by the constant interruptions of the lady (trying to be groovy) .

I don't have really nothing against taking drugs, everybody is free and should do to himself what he wishes, but i am against earning money from selling any kind of dopes, this is where evil comes from, in this subject. If there was no alcohol, caffeine and nicotine in stores, there would be almost no drug users, because ppl would not bother growing this stuff for themselves.
