@AlchemyAngelizBack In the original, the first to die is a black man in the very first scene. And we all know that Arnold (Samuel L.) gets it later on The only others to die are Gennaro, Nedry and Muldoon. 5 character deaths, and 40% of them are black, when blacks comprise about 5% of the cast.

In JP3, while the first to die isn't a black, the only black guys dies almost as soon as they make it to the island.

I'm not saying it is necessarily racist, but it is curious when the track record for blacks in the JP is not very good. Think about it, the very first scene of the first JP, the very first person to be attacked by a Raptor is a black man!

Trivia: The black actor who played the Raptor victim in JP was actually a former Cubs pitcher - Jophery Brown.
