@rhcp83firefall  I read an interview with Les Claypool from 2001 where he said that it was playing with Herb on the drums that inspired him to write some of the more intricate bass lines. They would always push each other creatively. I myself have always said that Tim Alexander is the Claypool of drumming. The 'Suck On This' & 'Frizzle Fry' albums are my favourite :> Herb is dynamite in those!
