For someone whose Finnish is limited to "perkele," Quenya and Finnish sound quite similar.

@Raizing90 Finnish and Quenya are close in phonology, but differ in stress and probably melody too. So a Finn has to be careful not to make Quenya _too_ much like Finnish!

@ondotambaro i think its cool that the tolkien made the language out of Icelandic but its even cooler that in denmark we got real viking old kinda like elvish language style books with weird symbols and stuff, im danish my self and my kin has been danish for a long long time i dont know if i descend from vikings but i do know that old norse = danish, icelandic, norwegian, swedish, i can speak that im learning real old runic language to pawn people like you and its the best thing ever i tell you.
