What exactly is spooning?(It's ok I'll look it up!)
Well, whatever it is,I would wager from the above picture that it's a pretty fair bet that they are(amongst other things)probably indeed indulging in some kind of spoonification :)
All I'll add(and I wish I had not asked my initial question now!)is that if any spoonering has in fact taken place between the two then good bloody luck and all the best to em!
I'de happily spoon it!(I'll stop now because there are only so many variations of the word spoon I can play with and I feel i'm digging myself into some kind of humiliating conceptual hole!)
(On a more serious note)Hitchens makes some lovely points here that add to his already solid case against the dangerous lies, ignorance and delusion that is supernatural faith!
I wish that these beliefs were just harmless ideas to maybe keep people from slashing their wrists at their percieved bleakness of reality(I personally quite like reality myself despite all it's faults!)but they are far from harmless beliefs!
A creative imagination can express itself with artistic flare and accept creation myths as fact, but if I have to suffer under a delussion to be creative, I'd rather stick to paint by numbers
This was originally broadcast on Saturday, 6 October 2007.
Hitchens' speech at the Freedom from Religion Foundation the following week was quite powerful.

I think that it is Dan Barker presenting him the award at the start of that video. I appreciate what the FFRF does, but I'm not impressed with Mr. Barker as a speaker.
Oops, the video ID for the "Christopher Hitchens FFRF Talk - part1 of 5" which has Dan Barker's presenting but skips parts of Hitchens' talk should have been
These two morons can't hold a candle to Hitchen's Brilliance. English Eloquence > American Ignorance.

They are dangerous lies pure and simple!

That video I mentioned of Hitchens' FFRF speech is incomplete. A more complete one is at
"Christopher Hitchens at Freedom From Religion Foundation 1/7"
watch?v=ObvjdJrDPkg
(It does omit Barker's introduction, but doesn't have gaps Hitchen's presentation.)
