I found a save file that's right after this quest is done. google "gta 4 save file action speaks" then you should find it.

@199216Robert yeah .. my solution is to find a save file that finished THAT particular mission but not the others. there is a website where people post their save files in a forum .. OR u can give ur save to someone for them to finish the mission for u. google "gta 4 saves" and u'll find some.
