  • 80s born, 90s raised...even though i was a child i, am so blessed to have been able to witness this time in gospel music! i prefer listening to choir of the 80s/90s more than anything on the radio today.

  • @1Mellodee I knew John he wrote this did he not??? He played Keys and was from Tulsa Oklahoma. Sick Musician.

  • @SHADOWFOX1446 -That's what I said...John did Write this song....I met him & got a chance to serve on that music staff with him in Atlanta up until he got sick from HIV complications...Sad.

  • I wonder if God is God or is the COGIC GOD? on YouTube I read a lot of Idol worship when it comes to COGIC. Sad and pitiful.

  • SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO COGIC all the way....there was another choir that poseted this sone Memphis Praise Fellowship Mass Choir and I could tell they werent cogic by the way they were movin and clappin...THERE IS A DIFFERENCE PEOPLE

  • I can remember being in town visiting from Los Angeles,Cali one Sunday night for the Showers of Blessings nightly broadcast. The following Sunday night they had a recording where Shun Pace sang "Just to behold his face"...there are wooden floors underneath the pews and when I tell you that whole church used to shake,..rock,..rattle and roll ...Please believe me...lol...To God be the Glory...Blessings to all!!!

  • Man! I heard this back in the 90's and had no idea this came out of ATL or COGIC. Now I was raised COGIC and live right outside ATL and so sad I can't go hear this choir. But it was and still is the jam. I don't know why we leave songs behind and don't pick them back up. We're singing praises to the never changing God. His praises remain.

  • you and me both....I miss my church soo much! this is where i was raised, didn't know any other way. something went down with pastor greer on the business side and he ended up being forced out...and twenty years later its still never reached this plateau

  • The pastor of the church at the time was Bishop Jonathan Greer, II and it was and is located in Atlanta, GA. Bishop Greer now pastors Cathedral of Divine Love Fellowship United in Christ in the same city.
