Sony has largly improved on the ps3,bigger better CPU/GPU and the fps is locked 50 on the ps3. I have that big ass dell computer it glows and what not, one of the best out there, and some times ill run into a rock I didn't see. However with the new Cell thingy I haven't noticed anything.
