@evilradish1 Hey great news! You can get them from Ebay, I just checked - search for "Lenovo Wireless 3g WWAN", that should fit in nicely but is un-tested.
If you search for "Antenna for Wireless 3G/HSDPA" to get one that works for sure but is tricky to get actually in the casing.
yay... I just had my sierra delivered. No antenna though. Where did you get yours?
