Scott was using a 2 m sail. The wind was steady at about 35 with higher gusts. Scott is a friend of mine so I was there to witness it. The blokart people accepted it because we had two gps units to confirm speed and several witnesses. That speed is definitely on the upper limit for a blokart and is the fastest that I know of.

what size sail was he using? looks out 2 m. is there some sort of requirement when trying to break a record?
