by78: Please understand the fact, It is Bihar & they have to climb on the roof as they dont have any other transport ( in some areas ) & only 1 or 2 pair of trains are available in this type of local rout. For them reaching there destination is most important than safety measures.

unlike the us and other modernized countries where trains go by rules and are shit scared because of lawsuits, in India trains seem to be people friendly and they don't follow any rules, anything goes.
