Yea, but its called Midnight Sun... Its Twilight in Edward's Point of view instead of Bella...And the pregnancy is a BIG part of the plot... The story is ALMOST centered around it in Breaking Dawn. The MAIN plot was pretty much her life after she becomes a vampire...

It's part of the love metal/goth rock scene. Emo has its roots from hardcore punk. Perhaps the two are equally as 'mushy' in terms of the lyrics, but both hold their own musical style and theme.
