i used touch dual for almost 5 months. encounter problem after 2 months; the touch screen not working. and now even worst. cannot touch anymore. already performed the hard reset but cannot even enter the window since need to touch the screen to resetting it..will send to customer services.

check the htc forum and many people face the same problem

I really can't chose for you. But if you want something that's especially good in music, movies and you like having the newest gadget. Then buy the touch (or the iphone).

Otherwise I would chose an HTC because you can do more with it. ;)

the touch has normal dimensions for a 2,8 inch device, and if you compare it to the Eten X500 it won't look that small as it looks near the Axim.

i bet you it hasn't been in the works as long as the iPhone. HTC is crappy, has no work into it, & NO quality. no offense to you i'm just not happy with the fact that other companies try to pass off their crap as the first blah blah blah or the best multi-touch whatever. the LG Prada shouldn't have been the first multi-touch. they pretty much copied the concept of the iPhone. it's not even true multi-touch, the iPhone is. I personally would go for the iPhone, HTC & microsoft can't compare.
