Musically, NOFX has never been at the top of my list, but the thing is, they're the only band that makes CLEAR political points. I love Green Day, but you can tell me you don't wanna be an american idiot all day long and I still won't know what you really mean. Most political lyrics are so vague they're almost as slippery as the politicians. Everyone's just too careful to avoid alienating anyone. But not NOFX.. You're gonna love them or hate them, but either way at least they make a point.
