Hi Gerry, I think I remember the drum major that year being Bruce Kurl. Steve Fausset was 77-78.

I remember how good Helix was back in these days. Lots of pride back in those days. The bands today are too much like drum corps - all the same - no personality. Ah, take me back to the good ol' days. Thanks so VERY much for posting all these. You made my day - a smile is on my face!
