I think the actor they got has a small weird face. The person that was born to play the Punisher is Scott Hall , look back at the Razor Ramon promo clips.

Yeah! just a trim on the back and cut a little bit on the peice of hair on hsi forehead and it would be really close! but razor ramon has a rectangle kind of face and punisher has a square face...if that made sense lol
