hes not a bad mayor at all. hes probably the equivalent of arnold schwarzenegger as mayor of California, although Boris is primarily a politician.. this show basically got him into the position as mayor, showing he had a sense of humour.

Jeffery Archer was the former Major of London. And yes, Boris is for real. He's a product of very expensive snobby private schools and universities (Eton and Cambridge, I believe).

From what I can gather he's not stupid, just appalling bad at speaking coherently. It's a common trait in the upper class.

Boris actualy WON scholarships to Eton and Balliol, Oxford--even though Dad Stanley and Mum are pretty well-heeled and influential. As an Eton Kings scholar he would be among the top 5% of boys sitting the common entrance exam and as a Brackenbury Scholar, probably the same--although Classics is hardly a useful skill nowadays. He has a brother also an MP and his Pa is an MEP.

At Eton he was a classmate of the current Thai Prime Minister!!
