Colorado should have gone to the Mountain West instead of the Pac-12. They havent won a road game since 2007. Fresno and Boise would beat them up year after year. Now Colorado has Washington State to compete with year after year in the Pac-12...who will be #11 and #12 in the Pac-12 thats the question now and for th next 10 years.
Also, did anyone mention number 17 on D? That was a reprehensibly bad defensive play. As soon as the QB crosses the L.O.S. it's a running play, you jam the receiver to prevent the lateral and trust your LB's, or cut off the QB and trust your safeties to make the play. He did neither and the football gods chortled
I think I agree with magicux. At 1:16, it looks like the ball is pitched while he touches the zero in the 40. This would be about the 41-42 yard line, right? The receiver doesn't catch the ball until he touches the 40 yard line as seen in 1:17.
Doesn't this kind of remind you of the Bills/Titans playoff game when the game winning TD was a kickoff then throw across the field to another runner? That was all the controversy of that game because it was debatable on whether the throw was backwards or not.
In this video, the QB looks like he is clearly pitching backwards, but with the physics of his (and the ball's) momentum, it's actually still moving the same direction as the runners.
Was that not a forward pass? I'm not 100% sure of the rule, but check where the QB was when he released the ball and where the back was when he caught it.
yeah too bad the buff magic is dead forever, some little school from the mac confrence blasted colorado by 50 pts. and wvu is salavating to get their hands on colorado the same way they did ecu today.
Some little school from the MAC? Toledo is no Oklahoma but they are respectable, they did beat Michigan in the Big House last year, even if Michigan was 3-9, that is still an imprevvise achievement. And plus it wasn't "50 points," it was 16.
Get a clue, guy. Folsom is one of the best venues in college football. The place is like the Fenway Park of college football. And no, I'm not a CU alum.
I have a clue because I've been there. It has a nice view of the mountains but the stadium is small and the fan base might be the biggest pack of d-bags in college football.
Lastly, the military is made up primarily of brain-washed, dead end fools. As a Husker fan (brain-washed) you make the perfect soldier. Do all of us Americans a favor and go "Protect our Freedom"...you bunch of government tools. You guys go over to Iraq and die for NOTHING!! It breaks my heart.
Our "Freedom" hasn't been at stake since the Civil War. Ask a black man about that.
"The pitch WAS forward and he stepped out at about the 25!"
Wrong twice military boy. Go look at the play frame by frame if you must. Hagan pitched the ball (behind him) a full yard ahead of Flannigan. As far as being in bounds, Colorado wore black shoes. Show me the frame where the white sideline was blocked by the black shoe.
I'll be wating for that.
In the mean time, give credit where credit is due you sore LOSER.
i remember watching this play,i nearly crapped myself when Hagan decided to pitch after getting 40 yards...it was Colorados biggest game ever at the time...they were #2 and set for the Orange Bowl against ND.Buffs had a kick azz all around great team here.
I'd rather keep fucking your wife while you worry about who has the better weed. By the way, I'm done and finished correcting your ignorant ass. So you continue to play cyber hard ass all you want loser. C U whenever, however.

we've had a football team since 1902, and are in the top 15 all time wins among college football teams. Why do you keep brining up Mt. State, nobody even cares anymore at CU, it sure as hell didn't hurt out top 15 recruiting class.
Yea, but come on dude. It's soooooo weak using smack from two years ago, because IT DOESN'T FREAKING APPLY TO THE MODERN DAY YOU FUCKING IDIOT. I'm brining up 65-51 because that recently happened. How 'bout I bring up some 2001 smack, why not 2002? Hey it's all fair game remember that time CU beat Nebraska in 1948? What had Nebraska done recently? JACK SHIT, you're just as pathetic if not worse than CU in recent history.
OOOOOH, I SEE! So, bringing up last year counts, but not the year before when 80% of the players and 95% of the coaches are the same! Great logic, brainiac!
Nice to see you using capital letters, that means you're yelling and I have control of your attitude. LOL, most Husker fans ALWAYS have control of Buffalo fan's attitudes.
BTW - losing to Baylor is worse than a blowout. I can't BELIEVE you guys lost to Baylor! Well, then again, I look at your game against Montana St...at home...AND YOU LOST! lol, what a great team!
Funny, you like bringing up 2007 but you don't want to remember 2006. Aren't they BOTH in the past? LOL
Yeah, I'd probably want to forget the 2006 season, too. I mean, going 2-10, which Nebraska has NEVER done, losing to BAYLOR...Montana St....Kansas...COLORADO ST! What's the difference between bringing up last year vs. the year before, Chachi?
Well, before I block you, i'd like to say I understand where you're coming from. If I was a Nebraska fan and the future was so unimaginably hopeless, i'd want to stay in the past too.
