  • brito miami private sucks manny machado is good sucks he went to brito

  • Hahahaha this PATMLB guy is a joke.

  • Pat

  • i went to school with my friened Manny he dated my friend Lissandra Brito Props Manny

  • yall raggin on him he delviers he still hits him 400ft and delivers in game situations. tht wat matters

  • You really consider that guy a better prospect? You must be related

  • @jbraxton2929 Hey look at Machado's video with Harper when they show him fielding; grounder no.1 he walks backwords away from the base to throw, grounder no.2 he traps his hands, and grounder no.3 he walks back again.

  • I consider PEYNO to be a better prospect. PEYNO is also from Miami he has some vids posted you may want to check.

  • @PATMLB That was the dumbest video ive ever seen. That Peyno guy. 400' foot shot. Yeah right. there is no fence and he thought he got out. Left fielders maybe play 260-280 ft. So that means the outfielder ran 120-140ft. and almost caught it. He should be the prospect.

  • @hittersean14 Thats right, the player played deep because he is batting .666; In the video you see the ball is traveling for about 6.0 seconds.

  • If you see his other video in youtube fielding he has flaws. Walks backwords during fielding prior to throwing to 2nd base its counter porductive. On the second grouder he holds it to close to the body trapping the arms. The third grounder he also walks backwords on the throw and throws of balance with one foot.

  • @PATMLB Where is penyo getting drafted at?????????

That manny kid you hate is hitting 467 in the minors---you are clueless

  • sometimes i wonder how people hit .500 plus.

  • The guy talking in the background is annoying.

  • I'm not sure if you understand that speed times are kept in tenths of seconds: clock strikes 4:15 THEN his foot hits the bag THEN it goes to 4:16. That means his time (since he hit the ball EXACTLY as the clock struck 4:11) is BETWEEN 4 and 5 seconds. Let me know if I've lost you... Also, ALL scouts are wrong MOST of the time. Have you ever looked at a ML draft? 90% of high schoolers taken in the 1st round never make it. To be so positive that Machado will make it shows you don't know the game.

  • @dannyb404 I actually played, was drafted and know talent.

lets see he is currently the only one out of the top 3 that is playing in the minors already, Hitting 345. 1 hr 1double and 1 triple. 2-5 with runners in scoring position. Just got moved up to Fredricks from Aberdeen, 90% is that the actually number or did you pull that out of a hat? Show me the stats on that figure.

  • @blacksheepotano I know the clock says 4:15 when he hits the bag, but he doesn't hit the bag exactly as the clock hits 4:15. The clock goes to 4:16 a moment after he strikes the bag- not a second after- but just after. I've timed him with a stop watch and he goes from contact to first in 4.6 or 4.7. I was never drafted. I coach at a top high school in Md. We have many kids in D-1, the minors and 2 in the majors (one plays for the White sox and one plays for the Yankees).

  • Also, the Orioles drafted Bill Rowell (9th overall) out of high school. The next pick was Tim Lincecum. Lincecum has won 2 Cy Youngs, Rowell is still struggling in single A. Last year the O's drafted Hobgood out of high school (4th overall). He has a 5.5 ERA in low A ball- he can't even make it up to the A team in Frederick. The argument that Machado will make it just because they drafted him in the first round is ridiculous. I hope I'm wrong cuz I'm an O's fan.

  • @dannyb404 i totally agree with you on the draft thing...because players automatically get drafted in the first round, ppl automatically assumed he's gon be a major leaguer....i actually know a kid who was a first round pick in 2006 and they rave the kid so much saying hes gonna do this and that...never made it out if single A in 3 seasons....now he's not even playing ball....

  • I am so tired of people talking about stuff they don't know about when the proof is right in front of you. He makes contact at exactly 4:11 on this video. He digs with his head down- he is not jogging- and reaches first base just before the clock on the video reaches 4:16. It takes him almost 5 seconds from contact to 1B. Ichiro does it in 3.1 seconds- amazing speed. Machado does it in just under 5 seconds- awful. Debating opinions is fun; ignoring facts right before your eyes is just silly.

  • @dannyb404 Since you apparently know so much Danny where did you get drafted from, and what round? Even better where do you coach, and what player have you helped developed to the next level? The kid is a stud period, or are all the scouts wrong? Who do you scout for?

  • @dannyb404 By the way since you watched the video he steps on the bag at 4:15--I don't even know this kid, but I hate HATERS or frustrated athletes.

so Shave 1 second of your guesstimate

  • this guy is a beast hitting .665 and he made it to the majors pick #3 drafted by the orioles and they say he's was the best one in the draft so all of ya just dont comment if u dont know wat u are talking about

  • idiots, i played with him in HIALEAH against brito he throws 94 from the mound, he doesnt have a slow swing if havent seen him in person u dont know how his swing is, hes skinny as fuck but he drops bombs like a nigga weighing 225 he has smooth hands & even greater speed so NONE of you know what your talking about

  • I agree with olopbball. I am an Oriole's fan so I hope I am wrong, but Machado has a long, slow swing and he is slow of foot. Contrary to what rafael2314 posted, he does not run a 6.8 60 yards. It took him 4.5 seconds (I timed it twice) to run the 30 yards to 1st base in this video. But the fact is it is so hard to tell how a teenager will grow and develop. Which is why I just think it's always risky drafting out of high school with top picks.

  • u dnt kno what u talking about dude..

  • He's already got great tools and look at the potential of that frame...how can you not see why scouts drool over a guy like this.

  • well i think u guys are wrong, off his dick but he just graduated in my class this year hes i beast he just signed with a team 4got which ones but hes in the mlb at age of 18 how r u not guna call that special...

  • This kid is pretty good.. I played against him and He drops bombs..

  • well he is 6'3 throws 90 from the SS and does 6.8 in the 60 yards! what do you thinck!

  • Comment removed

  • yeah he doesnt look that special.. im sure he is tho, he went what, 3rd overall?

  • @rtecco04 2nd...

  • im sure hes real good and i may just be a fool but i dont really see what the scouts see in this kid.

  • yeah u are a fool if he got drafted 3rd pick overall something had to be good ur looking at 1 video they been scouting the kid sinse 9th grade so they have seen him play multiple times u fools... 95 mph from SS 6'3 17 YRS OLD OKAY U TELL ME U WONT DRAFT HIM.. HATERS. I SEEN HIM PLAY AND THAT KID MAKES IT LOOK EASY

  • Why would the orioles draft this guy. they need pitching and they already have there future shorstop in Pedro Florimon Jr.

  • @yankees2and13

I like Florimon but i'm not sure if he'll be able to hit well at the major league level. They compared Machado to A-Rod but then again Lou Montanez was compared to A-Rod and today he's a 29 year old outfielder that can't hit

  • Welcome to the Orioles young fella
