@Trajiq187 Fish oil is a better source of omega-3 as it does not need to be digested. Flax is still good but unnecessary unless you like the taste. Take 6 pills spilt throughout your meals.
@stebrabakone different things work for different people, bananas (which they eat post workout) is low on the glycemic index and fruit is general is absorbed by the liver where as dextrose, waxy maize is high glycemic and is absorbed into the muscles to bring back muscle glycogen.

ive pretty much used whey protein(ON), creatine and glutamine, with a proper diet ive found these supplements to be perfect. Remember guys, supplements only SUPPLEMENT. Eat a healthy diet eg lean meat, veggies, essential fats and good carbs. Cut out processed foods all together and eat healthy. If you can do all of this and have a good 1 hour workout 3 times a week..you will get great results. Remember muscles are built while you are resting so take a lot of rest

these are good supp stack. but animal stak is not a multi-vitamin its a test optimizer, you can use animal pak for multi-vitamin. also you should better eat fruits that have high glisemic index after workouts instead of maltodextrin. bec unfortunately most of the corn sources have gmo..

ive pretty much used whey protein(ON), creatine and glutamine, with a proper diet ive found these supplements to be perfect. Remember guys, supplements only SUPPLEMENT. Eat a healthy diet eg lean meat, veggies, essential fats and good carbs. Cut out processed foods all together and eat healthy. If you can do all of this and have a good 1 hour workout 3 times a week..you will get great results. Remember muscles are built while you are resting so take a lot of rest

@barthelfitness I am not the one touting that I am some great trainer, as if you yourself are in any good condition or shape. Your body and your lifts are laughable. However, you need the income and there are some stupid people that will go with you because you have a slim build wowww, you look like any other regular guy, except a regular guy could reach your level after about 2 months of serious training. @SportsBaG01 I have education from the nations highest accredited program for personal training and nutrition, I have helped individuals loose endless amounts of weight, and build solid lean muscle. In fact I have even changed/saved some of my clients lives and motivated them to apply, I do not have a big mouth, if you watch the video I even say its not about the supplements its about diet, and i say that in all my other vids.
