Sounds like you got plenty of power... and great job on using you body in your shots... just like the other comments.. watch your shielf opeaning up... thanks for the video
3. Your shield is opening a slot on both your helm and your leg when you throw. Bring your corner up and learn ways to keep it there. Countershooters are waiting for these exact openings.
4. Try throwing the blow such that it lands with your hand higher than the tip of the sword. This is awkward at first.
5. Have other starting points for this blow; over your shoulder, hung stright down the back, hand at your sword side hip pointing back - there are more, find them
1. Use variable returns. It looks like you've got OK power but find other ways to get the stick back to a starting point. Armored folks don't give the same 'bounce' a telephone pole does.
2. Hard to tell if you are but; don't use a stick you're using for fighting on a pell. Chances are good you'll connect more often and with more force on a pell. You'll set it well on it's way to broom stage before you're done.
Try bring your sword hand back a bit more, it will increas the power if your shot. Remember to use your hip more. and bring your sheild in a bit when you swing to make it less like a door opening. But otherwise you are doing well.
