We love this, it is so special. After trying for many years, my mum has just bought copies from pyramidmedia com They were very nice & helpful & it's region free so works in the UK. It will really help to make Christmas feel like it used to.

How this brings back memories. :) As a kid yes way way back in the dark ages of the 70's. It brought a tear to my eye. They don't do anything like this now days, seems television has forgotten they are here to do more than "sell" stuff this time of year.

Thanks for sharing!! This also brings back memories from my childhood! It always made the lyrics so meaningful powerful! I enjoyed watching it every year back in the 70's.

nostaligic is little... i quite feel fascinated by the particular drawing styles, so common of the Potterton classics, I hope they do release them all in a DVD collection. this and this alone brings the xmass spirit back for me

Wow...I love this! My parents have the original recording on VHS from Channel 4 and we watch it every Christmas...it is truly magical, especially Good King Wenceslas! Thanks for posting!
