Another Boyd Jarvis NYC production. It was this striped down drum machine/synth sound that he used that was the foundation for house music. His records-Circuit, Visual, Colonel Abrams were everywhere 1983-86, sometimes as part of Timmy Regisford mixes, and were the direct inspiration for Chicago house. His records were all over Chi stores and mixes before they used it as their template.
