Revenge was such an awesome game. I wish they would have done more of a storyline mode like they did with the WWF games. It definitely kick-started the epicness of wrestling games though.

VPW 2 is a great wrestling game, I'm pretty much like you, I play nothing but classic wrestling games, AKI made the best wrestling engine in my opinion, I know i'll get heat for this but I its waaaaay better than FPW Returns engine, I just like how you can customize in FPW Returns.

I have the actual ps2 version. I've been watching wrestling since I was 3 and am trying to cut weight now to get back into pro training. Man, I remember getting fire pro g imported for ps1 so many summers ago. Great times. I think the AKI engine is better too but I do like the suspense Firepro can build up with near falls....but AKI games do that too. Overall, I'd rather play......I dont even know. lol

That was better than the actual Starcade '97 match. I mean the match was good but WCW screwed the finish up. I didn't like how they had Hogan win and then Hart comes out saying it was a fast count. It just could have been booked better.
