A lot of people simply abandon these houses. An old house like that one is probably worth less than $1000. Most parks charge $500 a month or more for a space (even in a crummy park like that one), so the people just walk away when they can't pay any more. The park just wants the space. They'll scrap that house and put in a new one for about $20,000.
@robert3302 excuse me buddy??? thats my dads trailer park and its awesome, you have no idea what your talking about hahahaha its a great place to live :)
@robert3302 correction, they either sell it at auction, or if it doesnt being enough, they move it, set it on fire, then scrap the frame, which is not much.
Hey thats my uncle taking that trailer and its his trailer court(he can do what he wants) and that trailer burned down. and the kid toy in the yard are the neighbors.
well its a NO BRAINER PUT SUM AXLES AND TIRES UNDRE IT it would have come right out with less equipment! I moved bigger then that wirh a old Ford tractor when I managed a mobil home park up here in KS we was just smart enuf to do the 6-Ps which is Proper Planning Prevents Piss Poor Production!
Maybe I'm stuck up or something, but I never understood the appeal of a trailer home, considering they depreciate and whatnot. You could get a similar sized house for another $10k, and at least you'd have a shelter during a really bad storm or tornado.
whos going to pay the rent now? and whos going to clean that mess up? it probly cost him more to clean up and go to court for this mess he did as a big boy with a toy with no thought
Mobile home park owners obviously don't care about the kids that may be running on that road later. No telling how many nails and shards of crap they didn't pick up afterwards.
Vanderhoof bc lol hootervill .I grew up in Fort and am a profesional house mover in kelowna looks like zigler running the skider lol well move it a little nicer than that LOL fucken funny though
bull shit. i lived right close to that trailer. they didn't pay there pad rent wasn't paid here for ahwile because it was caught on fire inside and it was toast. and when the trailer was moved then you can see a red truck. i knew that truck. not sayong any names though
did you have a state permit to move that trailor because when i moved my mobile home out a lake resort i had to have 2 permits one for the county and the other permit was for the state.and i only moved the mobile home about 7 miles it costed me $1,000 just to get my mobile home moved it was a 10x56
Wow, that's very interesting. Whatever happend to the house after it was removed from the spot where it stood? Did they relocate it or was it demolished somewhere else? The one side got heavily damaged which is why I am curious to know what happend to it?
the trailor was burned on the inside so we toed it away and took all the tin and aluminum off of it than burned the rest and than collected all of the copper that was left
The tractor did a great job of getting it out fast.

Is it even on wheels? From all the damage to the rear it looks like you just yanked it off its blocking and dragged it on the ground.
Also, where did you pull it to?

@trainwreck288, were did he pull it to....most likely the dump.
